This easy-to-make smoothie, made of kiwi, mango and pineapple makes for an ideal morning booster, packing yourself with vitamins before you go through your day.
3 peeled kiwi fruit
1 mango, peeled, seed removed and chopped
500ml pineapple juice
1 banana, sliced.
Simply stuff all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, and then pour into drinking glasses.
